Product Details

The Recovery sculpture has the same high level of detail as his wood sculptures. It is 7" tall and is perfect for the desk or mantle.

It comes in a hand-finished wood box that makes for a wonderful presentation. Like all of Grainger's work in metal (sculpture and jewelry), it was carved in wood and then lost-wax cast into bronze. It is numbered and signed by the artist.

The sculpture is $975. But we don't have them in stock, so sorry! Our worker who assembles them died and we have no way to make them.

Did not actually order-
It’s beautiful but I did not actually order it. I really just wanted to know the price. The total kept saying zero, Now I know why since it’s not actually available due to a sad circumstance. Thanks again really Love this artwork! Merry Christmas!

Extraordinary sculpture. I keep mine near my desk where I can see it all the time. The craftsmanship is obviously superb and it attracts a lot of attention from visitors to our home. I have not seen the original, but would like to. We have a number of sculptures in our home and this one stands above and beyond. I love the subject and appreciate the reality of the sculpture.

Recovery Stroke
Received as a gift from a group of friends. Absolutely beautiful. And very meaningful - I'm familiar with the oversized version at Hollings Cancer Center.
